For data not listed in Art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code (e.g., additional qualifications, skills, hobbies), the basis for processing is your voluntary consent.

  1. We process your personal data exclusively for the recruitment process of Michasiów Metal-Max Sp. z o.o., located at 211 Piekarska Street, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała. The main types of data we collect are contact information, career and previous employment information, and qualifications/skills. Access to your data is granted only to authorized employees/associates of Michasiów Metal-Max Sp. z o.o.
  2. Providing data is voluntary, but not providing it will result in the inability to establish an employment relationship with Michasiów Metal-Max Sp. z o.o.
  3. You have the right to request access to your personal data from Michasiów Metal-Max Sp. z o.o. and obtain a copy of it, as well as request its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, object to its processing, data portability, and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  4. We also inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (supervisory authority).

  6. Your data, in case of non-employment, will be processed during the current recruitment process and for 1 year after its completion.
