MACHINE PARK

At the very beginning of the company’s operation, the first small industrial fittings were produced on conventional lathes.

Since transforming the locksmith workshop into a manufacturing enterprise, the company has focused on continuous production development, modernizing its facilities, and expanding cooperation with new customers. Export production also began.

The first CNC machines were acquired from the secondary market, gradually replacing conventional machines. Employment increased, and production was launched in three shifts. A key moment was the opportunity to obtain grants, which allowed the company to purchase the first new machines and significantly modernize production.

The OKUMA Multus U4000 1SW1500 turning-milling center and the LB3000EX II MYW 800 turning center have expanded our offer with innovative services in:

· Machining of shafts up to 1200 mm in length with a diameter of 20 mm to 40 mm
· Machining of shafts up to 1200 mm in length with a diameter of 41 mm to 80 mm
· Machining of shafts up to 1200 mm in length with a diameter of 81 mm to 120 mm
· Machining of shafts up to 1200 mm in length with a diameter of 121 mm to 165 mm
· Machining of thin-walled elements up to 100 mm x 300 mm
· Machining of thin-walled elements up to 200 mm x 300 mm
